Abstract

This study presents the development of a production machine monitoring application using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The main goal is to improve the reliability, performance, and security of the system, while considering economic variables to provide cost-effective solutions for the company. The system is designed with proper control and security measures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure system integrity. System performance is optimized, resulting in better efficiency in the production process. The implementation of the PIECES method produces a reliable system, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making. This study demonstrates that the PIECES method is an effective approach to developing and implementing production machine monitoring systems.
