SISTEM PENDUKUNG PENGAMBIL KEPUTUSAN PENERIMA BEASISWA LAZISMU DENGAN METODE MAUT

Abstract

Decision support system for scholarship recipient selection at Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan, through LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Sadaqah Muhammadiyah), using Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The MAUT method considers subjective preferences and attribute weights in multi-criteria decision making. The system calculates the total utility score for each prospective scholarship recipient by using the attribute weights and attribute values given. This study sampled data from 18 students and used five selection criteria. The five criteria include test scores (weight 0.15), scholarship type (weight 0.4), GPA value (weight 0.2), contribution of Muhammadiyah institutions (weight 0.15), and organization (weight 0.1). The calculation results using the MAUT method show that this system succeeded in providing the highest utility value of 0.9667 and the lowest of 0.2333. This system helps LAZISMU in selecting scholarship candidates efficiently and objectively, so that scholarship candidates with the highest utility score can be recommended as scholarship recipients.
