PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI BOWLL UNTUK PERHITUNGAN KEBUTUHAN KALORI DENGAN METODE WATERFALL
Abstract
Food is a basic need for human survival. A person's poor diet is influenced by the amount of junk food and fast food whose nutritional content is unknown. In addition, the lack of public awareness of calorie needs also makes it difficult for a person to determine a healthy and balanced diet. Calories in the body are said to be balanced if the calories consumed are equal to the calories expended by the body. Excess calories can increase the risk of hypertension, obesity, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and other health problems. Basal metabolic rate can be used to calculate the body's calorie needs to perform activities using the Harris Benedict formula. Applications to calculate calorie needs and calculate calories from the food consumed are made to make it easier for people to calculate their calorie needs. Applications are made using block programming on the Kodular website and tested using the black box method. This application can be used to calculate calorie needs and to plan a healthy and balanced diet.
