ANALISA KELAYAKAN INVESTASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) MENGGUNAKAN METODE INFORMATION ECONOMICS (IE)
Abstract
The rapid development of technology and business requires companies to continue to develop, such as health facilities, namely hospitals. One of the efforts made to answer the demand for good health services is to invest in technology. This study aims to analyze the investment made by a hospital. The method that will be used to analyze the feasibility of IT investment is carried out using the Information Economic (IE) method. Based on the results of non-financial analysis, the benefits obtained are saving paper costs for reports and reducing HR (operators), saving employee payroll costs, and helping to achieve the company's strategic goals. Furthermore, based on the results of financial analysis, the ROI value is 1.00% which shows the profit from investment reaching 1 times the total investment of 5 years. NPV value of Rp. 9,477,162 which shows a value of more than 0 (> 0) and a PP value of 1 month. Based on the economic impact and investment feasibility, it shows that direct savings in operational costs for 5 years amount to Rp. 131,762,250. While the final project score was 75.01 with a minimum score of -20 and a maximum score of 100, resulting in a justification for the Eligible category.
